The Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of termination or suspension.
  5. Survival: The provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination or expiration, shall continue to apply. This includes, but is not limited to, the intellectual property rights, warranties and disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions outlined in this Agreement.
  6. No Refunds upon Termination: Please note that termination of this Agreement or your use of the Plugin does not entitle you to a refund for any payments made for the Plugin, unless otherwise specified in the refund policy outlined in the Payment and Refunds section.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
